RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • All returns and refunds must be made within 30 days of the original date of purchase. The refund will be processed within 5 business days after the claim.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged between 20% - 50% restocking fee.
  • We will issue a full or partial refund to the customer's credit/debit card.
  • Customer can contact for return/refund-exchange requests by e-mail. 
  • All returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition. Please inspect your purchase carefully.
  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • We will replace the defective item right away or will give a full refund.
